Welcome to the Way | 4-Week Workshop Series
4-Week Workshop Series The first step begins here. This workshop is a return to what has always been within you. Most people sense it at some point — a feeling that something in the way we live is off. We're busy, capable, doing all the right things, yet still feel disconnected from ourselves. This workshop is for anyone who has felt that pull and wants to explore it more deeply. Over four Wednesday evenings, we'll work through the three core myths that quietly shape how most of us relate to ourselves — and begin to live from a fundamentally different place. Week 1 — You don't need to become someone to be enough Week 2 — You don't need to fix yourself to be whole Week 3 — You don't need to control life for it to work Week 4 — Bringing the three together: living from what's already here Each session includes a grounding practice, facilitated teaching, and honest group discussion.
